RenoMark members pledge to uphold a higher standard of performance than common in industry practice by following this rigorous Code of Conduct:

  • Be a member in good standing of the local Home Builders' Association
  • Abide by the Associations Code of Ethics
  • Provide a detailed, written contract for all jobs
  • Offer a minimum two-year warranty (conditions may apply)
  • Carry at least $2 million in liability insurance
  • Hold all required licenses and permits
  • Maintain a safe and organized work site
  • Return homeowners calls within two business days
  • Pursue ongoing education and professional development
  • Work only with subcontractors who carry proper safety and liability coverage
